Refund policy

For customers outside the EU:

Because each item is printed just for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order — we'll make it right.

For EU customers:

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us and arrange to send the item(s) back at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll process your refund promptly.

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition.
